Amicable, superfriendly employees were like a manager. Its location was very central, 700 feet from a parish church. The coffee bar was excellent and the drinks were hot.

Gorgeous, trendy with a welcoming reception. Brilliantly friendly, outstandingly accommodating staff, good hot breakfast.

It was fairly clean and quiet little place, had very good location and rooms. Everything was simply perfect.

Thanks, we had an unforgettable stay here. Luxurious rooms, nice beds - bright hotel. Location was ideal, 5 min walk from bus station. The room was reasonably priced. Its pool was lovely, we chilled out there when it was lovely outside.

I loved this hotel, it was immaculately clean and small. The staff was helpful in any situation. They offered me good meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Bathroom is large, beds are large, staff are approachable. Warm breakfast, great service. Historic style hotel with rustic furniture in the rooms.

Location was unbelievable, room was warm, great value for money. Excellent view of river. We had a free breakfast with selection of yogurt, granola and hot waffles. We appreciated internet in the reception.

Facilities were basic, nonetheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

It was an absolutely brilliant hotel, nothing too much trouble, would recomand. The breakfast was gorgeous, the personnel was kind, the bed was perfect. They made my stay relaxing! My room was exceptional & trendy.

The staff was very professional, incredible location, had a savoury breakfast. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, terrace and microwave. The staff did all they can for the best stay. The tapas bar in the hotel had lots of good martini, beers and coffee throughout the day.

Disappointing aspect was disgusting bathroom.

We enjoyed BEAUTIFUL rooms and location. Place had brilliant food. Regarding price, think it's attractive and competitive value for money for Galway.
